Pragma Chimica S.r.l., as the “Owner” of personal data processing, is required to provide certain information regarding the use of personal data and/or sensitive data.

Source of data and purposes of processing.

Personal data and any sensitive data held by Pragma Chimica S.r.l. are collected through electronic and paper devices, and/or directly from customers and/or their collaborators, suppliers and/or their collaborators, or other third parties. The data provided are processed by Pragma Chimica S.r.l. solely to fulfil the requested service, including consulting activities, and customer account estimates, as well as for activities related and/or instrumental to the performance of the service.

Mode and processing of data

The processing of personal data will take place with a guarantee of security and confidentiality and may be carried out not only with manual tools but also through automated tools (both computerized and telematic) suitable for storing, managing, and transmitting the data itself. Furthermore, we inform that the personal data related to a subject will be processed in compliance with the methods indicated by Article 11 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, which establishes, among other things, that the data themselves are processed lawfully and fairly, collected and recorded for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes, accurate and, if necessary, updated, relevant, complete, and not exceeding the purposes of the processing, kept in a form that allows the identification of the interested party for a period not exceeding the duration required for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed.

The computer systems and software procedures designated to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data which transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. These types of information are not collected to be associated with identified individuals, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users to connect to the website. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information about the use of the site and to ensure its proper operation. The data could be used to verify responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the site: save for this possibility. 

Data provided voluntarily by the user

The discretionary, explicit, and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on this website entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary to respond to requests, as well as other personal data included in the message. 

Rights of the data subject

The data subject can exercise their rights against the Data Controller at any time per Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003.

Duration of the processing

We inform you that the data provided will be processed for the duration corresponding to the completion of the service requested by you, and in any case, in compliance with civil and financial regulations, documents and paperwork related to the data will remain archived in the company’s unreachable premises. In case of termination of treatment, the data may be transferred to another controller to the extent compatible with the purposes for which they were collected.
