Water treatment for steam generators

We propose system solutions, treatments and chemical products (chemical, anti-limescale, anti-corrosive, non-volatile deoxygenated conditioners) that respect current laws in force for optimal management of the thermal power plant. We also design all the treatments needed for alkaline boiling and for pre-commission passivation of steam generators, according to the Standard UNI 7582:1988.

Good water treatment not only makes the systems where the water is destined to go more efficient, but also saves considerable amounts of energy, causes less wear, and increases management safety.

The water that supplies steam generators must be treated according to law to prevent phenomena such as corrosion and scale, which are extremely dangerous not just for the generator, but also for the equipment and lines that use the steam that is produced.

To prevent corrosion, scaling and deposit formation, we propose a range of system solutions and chemical products that efficiently treat the water in systems that produce steam. The chemical treatments, at the doses we set, respect the emission limit values for drains set by Italian Legislative Decree 152/06 as modified (Environmental Consolidated Act).
